Thoroughly modern TeledyN

I've been meaning to do this for eaons, and now it's done: our company site is now flipped over to pure CSS. Yeah, I know, like, who cares? but I care because we can now change the whole site across all three template engines with a few tweaks of a stylesheet.

There's rough edges for sure, and I expect to get a fast education in the finer points of browser compatibility, but old alter-ego TeledyN.Com has stepped into <amazon asin="6302561841">modern times</amazon>.
